R24 simply stands for resourcing around the clock with two clear sides of the business (M&E & IT) with each side having four core services (BTS – Bespoke Tailored Solutions | ECA – Exclusive Client Agreement | CWC – Contingent with Commitment | RWI – Retained with Insights). We’re on a mission to provide a standout and unique service, tailored for our clients building lasting relationships. We are driven by client & candidate commitment as opposed to short-term and one-off recruitment fees.
In our logo you will see various blocks representing building blocks, materials, and computer networks placed on top of each other (manufacturing and IT). They also create three hourglasses to signify the timing of the candidate, the client, and the recruitment process coming together. Here at R24 recruitment this is one of the value-added services that set us apart; we tailor processes for the candidates and the clients; taking the time to really understand expectations and aspirations. The Orange Logo Signifies the M&E side of R24 Recruitment, and the Black Logo represents the IT side of R24 Recruitment. These are two different sides of R24 Recruitment but often do cross over.

Meet the founder
Mario Bryan
As the Founder of R24 Recruitment, Mario Bryan has over 12 years’ experience recruiting across Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT/Technology industries.
Mario’s once upon a time, began with football and like most enthusiastic dreams this came to an end with not making the grade. After a few years in finance/Accountancy he stumbled into recruitment being lucky to have worked with some of the best recruitment businesses (Omni & Uniting Ambition) and other respected corporate recruitment businesses, learning from some of the best recruiters globally.
When the opportunity arose Mario wanted to create a value-added consultancy service that can be applied to corporate, SMEs, and start-up businesses. R24 Recruitment was founded to resource around the clock in his four core industries, offering a full circle service and keeping the consultancy in recruitment. Mario’s mission isn’t to be the owner of a top250 growing business, it is to provide a transparent, personable, and an integral service in a career he has dedicated to consistently make the grade for candidate and clients alike.
